Projects ranged in size from a couple of million dollars to more than $200 million. Additonally, principals of Mid City Property Advisors:
§ Led the successful acquisition, development and/or financing of more than 1.1 million square feet of high-rise office.
§ Oversaw the development, leasing and financing of a retail portfolio which included more than 300,000 square feet of urban retail located predominately in mixed-use projects.
§ Acquired and arranged financing for more than 60 individual income producing assets and development sites.
§ Managed large teams of internal and external resources to develop $100 million to $200 million projects.
§ Formed multiple joint venture partnerships with local development teams across five southeastern states.
§ Started and ultimately ran one of the most successful condominium sales companies with a presence in multiple markets across the southeast and southwest. Annual sales volume topped $300-600 million.
